  A couple of months ago, I dropped my poor IpHONE. :-( After searching for a long time, I found a local tech place near me that I decided to give a call (from a friend's phone).
  
  The phone at AVIES was answered by a woman who was very friendly and courteous and directed my call to someone who could help. Enter Richard, the guy at the front desk. SUPER NICE GUY, easy to talk to, I was able to explain everything and he was willing to listen to it ALL, even some light small talk!
  
  I explained my situation, and they told me how they take care of customers, what they can do in-house, and what they can't do, they have a few people they work with regularly (in the states) they can send electronics to, and if that doesn't work, they will search for the right person. All of this on a PROGRESSIVE PAYMENT PLAN for the work done. If all you need is to have something looked at, that's what you pay for. If you need some work beyond that, you will pay some more, so on and so forth!
  
  When I made it in and dropped off my phone, we went over what to expect, and I was very satisfied with what they had to say (see above). I also asked if they might possibly have a phone that I could borrow, and after searching for a couple of days, they were able to find one I could use on my network! (not a guarantee, just got lucky, but you never know unless you ask). We made up an agreement, I signed, and I had a phone to borrow while mine was away being looked at and worked on.
  
  Never once did I feel as though anything was being hidden from me. Quite the opposite! Every time I called to inquire, they were always able to tell me about my device, and what status the work was in, and who they were sending it to... Just everything. They were always super nice on the phone, and just as nice in person! Of the people I talked to (3 different people in all) they were all easy to talk to, down to earth, and able to explain anything I needed extra explanations on.
  
  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS if you need to have a phone or computer looked at and worked on (not sure what all they will look at). Also, they have another really cool thing they do... Sheet metal cutting and sheet metal art!
