  Even though the Tile Shop has a lot of good products to choose from and the woman that I originally dealt with was a nice woman. The remaining experience was negative. I bought $70 worth of sample tiles to see if they would go well with my counter tops and brought them back the very next day to get a refund when I decided they did not match well. I still have not received a refund and they said their refunds take 10 business days. I have went to several other stores and refunded tiles and my refunds were back on my card in 2 days. The woman who "refunded" my credit card at The Tile Shop was rude and the customer service center at the main headquarters were rude. I will NEVER use the Tile Shop for any other home remodeling projects. I would rather have limited choices and use Home Depot or Lowe's in my area!
